Get off at Cheverly Metro Station
Walk to Cheverly Station & Bus Bay B
Take the F2 Bus towards Takoma Station
Take the F8 Bus towards Langley Park
Get off at Annapolis Road and 46th. St. and walk to Colmar Manor

By car, from Washington, DC:

Take New York Avenue NW and drive for about 3 miles
Turn left onto Bladensburg Road NE/US1 and drive for another 2 miles, toward Maryland.

By car, from the Beltway:

Take exit 22B for Balt/Wash Pkway toward Washington South
Merge onto Baltimore/Washington Pkway
Take the exit toward Bladensburg.
Merge onto MD450/Annapolis Road
Continue on Bladensburg Rd for about half mile.
