Ethics Commission
There shall be a Colmar Manor Ethics Commission which shall be composed of 3 members appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of the Town Council. Each commission member shall serve a term of two (2) years beginning July 1 of each odd numbered year and terminating on June 30 two years thereafter or upon appointment of a successor. Vacancies in unexpired terms shall be filed in the same manner of appointment as provided

- To devise, receive and maintain all forms generated by this Article:
- To provide advisory opinions of persons subject to this Article as to the applicability of the provisions of this Article to them which shall be retained in the records of the Town and shall be public information:
- To process and make determinations as to complaints filed by any person alleging violations of this Article: and
- To conduct a public information program regarding the purposes and application of this Article.
