Feedback Wanted for Town Strategic Plan
Recently, the town released its 5-year strategic plan draft. The Council is asking residents for feedback on the plan. You can do so by completing a survey and providing additional comments on a variety of topics.
Holiday Market- Vendors Needed
Join the Colmar Manor Community Holiday Pop-Up Market. Each Saturday in December, the market will be open from 11:30-3:30. Spaces are available at $25 per space. Tables are available to rent for $10.

Public Works Supervisor, Mike Goroum, Retires with Over 45 Years of Service
Colmar Manor's Public Works Supervisor, Mike Goroum, has retired. Mike was born and raised in Colmar Manor and worked for the town for over 45 years! He has worked for the town for half of the town's existence. He will be greatly missed and hard to replace!
Colmar Manor Receives Governor's Office of Crime Prevention Grant
The town was awarded $56,380 for recreational programming as part of the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention.
Colmar Manor's Green Street Update August 2023
Colmar Manor is building a Green Street down Newark Rd. In previous years construction has taken place at 40th Ave. and Newark Rd. The bricks in this intersection helps filter water into the ground to prevent flooding and improve the water quality of rain water entering the Dueling Creek and Anacostia.
